Hmmm Aku ngidam zuppa zuppa. Kalo beli rasanya suka agak aneh soalnya gurihnya gurih micin dan suka bikin sakit tenggorokan, jadi gurihnya bukan asli dari kaldu. kebetulan dulu pernah coba juga bikin cream soup, akhirnya aku bikin ini zuppa pake resep cream soup yang dulu pernah aku bikin sendiri terus tutup pastry nya beli puff pastry instant karena gak mau ribet bikin lagi hahahaha😁

2 sdm mĂ izenĂ +3sdm Ă ir
1 bh bĂ wĂ ng bombĂ y ukurĂ n sedĂ ng, potong dĂ du
Bumbu hĂ lus :
3 bh bĂ wĂ ng putih
1 sdt lĂ dĂ  bubuk
1/2 sdt pĂ lĂ  bubuk
1/2 sdt gĂ rĂ m
1/2 sdt kĂ ldu bubuk
LĂ ngkĂ h pembuatan:
1. Tumis bumbu hàlus& bàwàng bombày dgn màrgàrin hinggà hàrum. Màsukkàn fillet àyàm, wortel, sosis, jàgung. Àduk ràtà.

2. Beri àir kàldu& susu càir. Màsàk hinggà mendidih. Koreksi ràsà. Tàmbàhkàn làrutàn màizenà, àduk perlàhàn hinggà sedikit mengentàl. Àngkàt.
